Years ago, a single wolf who was a beta managed to slaughter his alpha and his other pack mates, and the wolf then took his chance and took over the pack, replacing his murdered pack-mates with his lineage and wolves he deemed worthy enough to be under his command.

Now in the present, the pack is merely just trying to survive their leaders ruthless and bloody punishments and strict ruling, its like walking on eggshells every single day, anything can set the Overlord pair off and once they are set loose, its a miracle if you see the light of another day.
